By creating an account on LLM Sem Censura (llmsemcensura.com) or using the API, you accept these terms.
The service
We offer an OpenAI-compatible chat-completions API for a single hosted language model. The service is provided "as is", with no guarantees of availability.
Your account
You are responsible for your API key and everything done with it. Regenerate the key if it leaks.
Acceptable use
You must be an adult. You cannot use the API for anything illegal in your jurisdiction, to generate sexual content involving minors, to harass people, or to attack systems you do not own. We may suspend keys used in this way.
Billing
Usage is charged per token from prepaid credit at the prices shown on the pricing page. Free trial credit expires 7 days after sign in. Paid credit never expires.
Refunds
Credit is non-refundable. Credit is prepaid balance to use the API. Once payment is added to your account, it is final and not returned.
Credit never expires, so nothing you paid for is lost. Paid credit remains in your account until you use it, whether tomorrow or a year from now.
The only exception: if we cannot provide the service. If the API stops working for your account and we cannot restore it, we refund the credit you could not use, in the same stablecoin you paid with, to a wallet address you provide in writing.
Mistakes are always fixed. If you paid and the credit did not appear, or a top up was charged twice, write to us via the Support page with transaction details and we will fix it. This is not a refund request and there is no time limit for this.
Free trial credit is free and serves to try the API. It cannot be refunded or exchanged, and expires 7 days after sign in.
If you live in the EU, EEA, or UK and buy as a consumer, your legal rights are not affected.
Independence
LLM Sem Censura is an independent service. Names of other companies and products appear on this site solely to describe compatibility or for comparison and belong to their respective owners.
Changes
We may update prices and these terms; the current version is always on this page.
